Blue Cheese Dressing

This tangy Blue Cheese Dressing is the perfect pairing with any salad, wings, or to dip your french fries in!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise You can use light or nonfat and it won't alter the taste!
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream You can use light or nonfat and it won't alter the taste!
  • ½ cup minced white onion
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced. About 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, or the juice of one small lemon
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  • Mince garlic, onions and fresh parsley. In a medium sized bowl add the mayonnaise, sour cream, onions, garlic and parsley and use a spatula to stir until combined. Add in lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper and stir again until it's all evenly mixed. Lightly stir in the blue cheese crumbles and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
