This recipe is perfect for the holiday season, Valentine’s Day or whenever you’re in the mood for a quick, decadent treat. Let’s dive in!

Recipe Tips
- Chilling the Dough: Don’t skip refrigerating the dough! It makes it easier to roll and helps the cookies keep their shape while baking.
- Avoid Overcrowding: Leave space between the cookies in your air fryer basket so they don’t stick together as they spread.
- Storage: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.

Why Use an Air Fryer?
Air fryers aren’t just for savory dishes—they’re amazing for baking too! They cut down on preheating time and give cookies a wonderfully chewy texture with just the right amount of crispness on the outside.

Air Fryer Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 6 tbsp salted butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, both sugars, melted butter and vanilla extract. Add in the eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt and whisk until combined. The dough will be soft so cover the bowl with saran wrap and chill for 45-60 minutes.
- After the dough has chilled, set the Instant Pot Air Fryer Vortex Plus to Bake at 350. Scoop the dough and roll in the remaining powdered sugar. Place 4 of the dough balls into the preheated air fryer basket and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Repeat until all the cookies are made. Enjoy!
