Walking Taco Nachos
These Walking Taco Nachos are what I consider to be nachos more flavorful, spunky cousin. Whether you called them traveling tacos, Frito pies or tacos in a bag, these are a fun spin on a childhood classic that comes together in under 15 minutes!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet low sodium taco seasoning
- 1 9 ¾ oz bag of Doritos
- 1 9 ¼ oz bag of Fritos
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 cup queso
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup avocado or guacamole
Preheat the oven to 375°. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a medium-sized saute pan and brown ground beef. Once browned, drain the fat and add the taco seasoning packet and make according to the instructions.
Spray a medium-sized jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer on Doritos, tortilla chips and Fritos. Sprinkle on cheese and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with pico, guacamole and sour cream and any other toppings you would like. Serve immediately!
