- ¾ cup salted butter, melted 12 tablespoons
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup M&Ms
- ½ cup sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease and line a metal 9×13 pan with parchment paper. In the bowl of a stand mixer combine the melted butter, brown and granulated sugar. Mix until combined. Add in vanilla and eggs, and mix until incorporated.
While the mixer is on low add in the flour, salt, corn starch and baking soda. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the M&Ms and sprinkles. Use a spatula to evenly spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake or 22-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
