Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

For the crumble topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup salted butter cold
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar
For the banana bread:
- 3 large ripe bananas
- ½ cup salted butter melted
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl beat butter, oil, both granulated and brown sugars and bananas. Add in the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until just combined. Add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix just until all of the dry ingredients are incorporated.
