Cinnamon Roll Coffee Syrup

If you’ve ever wished your morning coffee tasted like the center of a gooey cinnamon roll… this is your moment. This homemade Cinnamon Roll Syrup is rich, sweet, and creamy with warm cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla—just like the swirl in a freshly baked bun. Whether you’re stirring it into your hot latte or drizzling it over iced coffee with cold foam, this syrup is your cozy cup’s new best friend.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Tastes like dessert in a cup
  • Easy to make in 10 minutes
  • Perfect for hot coffee, iced lattes, cold foam, or even pancakes
  • Customizable with or without cream

This syrup is great for making your own café-style drinks at home—and it smells amazing while it simmers.

How to Use It

This syrup is super versatile! Here are a few ways to use it:

Hot Latte

Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and stir in 1–2 tablespoons of syrup. Add steamed milk and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Iced Coffee or Cold Brew

Pour your cold brew or iced coffee over ice, add the syrup, a splash of milk, and stir. Top with cold foam for extra decadence.

Cinnamon Roll Cold Foam

Whisk together 2 tbsp heavy cream + 2 tbsp milk + 1 tbsp of this syrup until thick and frothy. Spoon over your iced coffee for that “coffee shop” feel.

Bonus: Pancakes, French Toast, or Oatmeal

Yes, this syrup is also incredible drizzled on breakfast foods. You’re welcome.

Storage Tips

Store the syrup in a sealed jar or squeeze bottle in the fridge. If you see any separation, just give it a good shake. It will keep for up to 7 days with the cream added.

Want a longer-lasting version? Leave out the cream and add it fresh to your drink—that version keeps for 2–3 weeks refrigerated.

This syrup is like a warm hug in your coffee cup—rich, creamy, and sweet with just the right kick of cinnamon. Whether you’re winding down or caffeinating up, it adds a little magic to your daily brew.
